Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

How can I find out about restocks?

Restock information will always be posted on our Instagram page and on our website.

 

How can I book a Make-up Appointment?

We'd love to do your makeup! Appointments are booked individually via email. See our contact details for our email address.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payments: Card or EFT payments.

Once an order is placed and processed through the system it cannot be cancelled and refunded due to a change of mind. All orders are final.

 

Shipping & Deliveries

All our local orders are shipped via door-to-door courier.

Should you select EFT as payment option, your package will be shipped once your payment reflects in our bank account.

Our products usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! If we have any promotion or new launch, orders may take longer than usual. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Please note, Mazari is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by local carrier strikes or delays.

 Is Mazari Vegan?

Mazari is cruelty-free,vegan and paraben-free. The following products are considered vegan-friendly: Matte Liquid lipstick kit, Lip Lustre Gloss, Lip scrub and Lip butter.
